Public Donations

The Historical Aircraft Restoration Society is maintained purely from corporate and public donations, along with self generated income from merchandise sales and special events.

As is probably evident, maintaining the fleet and operations as well as building for the future of the Museum and the Society is an expensive undertaking. If you would like to be part of preserving and displaying one of Australia's most exciting and important aviation collections, then you can assist by way of either a one off or ongoing donation to the Society.

Every donation made is fully tax deductible (a letter will be provided detailing your donations at tax time).

Periodic Donations

By making periodical donations to the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society you will be helping to build our exciting museum and three hanger complex at the Illawarra Regional Airport. You will be helping to presere our unique fleet under cover, where they can be opened to public view.

By making regular monthly donations you are providing a reliable income from which we can place orders for materials and furnishings. You will watch with satisfaction as YOUR museum develops and grows.

Each year your contributions will be recognised and appreciated as you receive a gold certificate ($50 per month) or a silver certificate ($25 per month).

One-Off Donations

The Historical Aircraft Restoration Society appreciates all support that it receives from the general public. If you would like to make a one off donation to the Society in order to assist in our growth, maintenance and development this is also welcomed with open arms.
