Hi!
Great ship, great photos and wish I could be there! Especially great as I had three Catalinas of my own at the age of 7. My father ran a metal refinery at the the time, and three Catalinas was delivered to the yard, in order to be melted down. Two right side up, one upside down. It stayed in the yard for nearly a year and a half, giving us boys ample time to play i.e. fly on all sorts of exciting missions all over the world!
Keep up the good work guys and thanks for supporting my great memories!
Sincerely Yours

My late father often mentioned his "return to freedom" from Japan in a Cat (ex 2/30th Bn - POW - Nagasaki),so, nice to see such an excellent example is "operational"
His grandson visited Temora, as one of the 77Sqn four ship (AFA-18)display team "The Green Lemons" a few years ago now, so we are all looking forward to a family visit to HARS, to view the results of your considerable efforts & latest acquisitions, "at home"
